It is acknowledged and agreed that pricing can be changed according to Hy Laboratories Ltd judgment every financial quarter. Please refer to our offices to get a quote.
For the removal of doubt, it is acknowledged and agreed that Hy Laboratories Ltd. shall not be obligated to accept this order.
Regarding Oligo Orders: Once Hy Laboratories Ltd. has received and confirmed your order; it will be synthesized and charged at the scale of synthesis submitted. Neither the scale of synthesis nor the relevant charge may be altered in retrospect.
