He has worked as a COO at Be’eri Printers, CEO at Gaash Lighting as well as running his own business (living in Belgium) as a consultant and project manager.
Dotan holds a BA(Hons) in Printing Management from the London College of Communication and an MBA, specialized in finance, from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.

Maayan served as the Vice President of Customer Relations at one of Israel’s largest global e-commerce companies for several years.

Orly holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Cell and Structural Biology from the Weizmann Institute of Science, as well as an MSc and BSc in Biotechnology and Food Engineering from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
In her previous role as CTO at PeakBridge VC, Orly facilitated deal-flow, conducted technical due diligence, and implemented strategies to enhance portfolio company value. Prior to that, she led EcoPhage as CEO, overseeing the development of the company’s product, business strategy, and funding round, and also served as Senior Director of the Life Science Business Development department at YEDA – Technology Transfer Company of Weizmann Institute of Science, working with pharma, agriculture and food corporates, scientists, entrepreneur and incubators
