Plates for environmental monitoring

Sanitation procedures should be monitored on a daily basis in manufacturing and packaging areas.
This would include are equipment surfaces likely to come into contact with the product (production lines, tanks, valves, etc.) plus floors and walls in the vicinity of aseptic processing and filling operations.
